Yes. All data transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption. We only sync the minimum data needed for visitor management (names, emails, roles), and all data is stored in SOC 2 certified infrastructure.
Can I choose which data to sync?

What happens when a student is withdrawn?
On the next sync, withdrawn students are no longer included in active role queries. Their associated contacts can be automatically deactivated in KyberAccess.
What is the API Subscription Key?
The Bb-Api-Subscription-Key is a unique key from the Blackbaud Developer Portal that identifies your API subscription. It is required for all SKY API calls alongside the OAuth token.
