Which Microsoft 365 plans are supported?
KyberAccess integrates with Microsoft 365 Business Basic and above, as well as all Enterprise plans (E1, E3, E5). Azure AD Free is sufficient for SSO.
Is Azure AD required for the integration?
Azure AD is required for SSO and directory sync. Outlook calendar sync and Teams notifications work with any Microsoft 365 plan that includes Exchange Online.
Can I use conditional access policies?
Yes, KyberAccess supports Microsoft Entra Conditional Access. You can require MFA, restrict access by location, or apply device compliance policies.
How is data secured between systems?
All communication uses OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft Graph API over TLS 1.3. We follow Microsoft's security best practices and are SOC 2 certified.
