Which access control systems are supported?
We natively support Avigilon Alta (Openpath), Brivo, and HID. We also support generic OSDP and Wiegand readers via our KyberAccess Gateway device. Contact us for specific hardware compatibility.
Do I need special hardware?
If you already have compatible access control hardware, no additional hardware is needed. For older Wiegand-based systems, you may need our KyberAccess Gateway device ($299) to bridge the connection.
How quickly are credentials revoked?
Credentials are revoked in real-time — within seconds of a visitor checking out. If a visitor doesn't check out, credentials expire automatically at the end of their access window.
Can visitors use their phone instead of a badge?
Yes! Visitors can receive mobile credentials via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. They simply tap their phone at NFC-enabled readers or show a QR code at compatible scanners.
